How can I change my password?

If you need to change your password, you can follow this process:

1. Go to the login screen of your Satmetrix report site.
   
   
2. Click Forgot Password? 
   
   
   
3. The system will prompt you to enter your email address.
   
   
4. Enter your credit union email address.
   
   
   
   
5. You should receive an email from The Satmetrix Team shortly with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and you will complete the screen shown below:
