I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password, don't worry. It's easy to reset.

1. Go to the login screen of your Satmetrix report site.
   
   
2. Click Forgot Password? 
   
   
   
   
3. The system will prompt you to enter your email address. 
   
   
4. Enter your credit union email address.
   
   
5. Click on the image described.
   
   
6. Click Submit
   
   
7. You should receive an email from The Satmetrix Team shortly with a link to reset your password.
   
   
   
   
8. Click the Reset Password box in the email and follow the onscreen instructions.
