Your Satmetrix app offers three pre-defined follow-up alerts and notifications designed using our NPS best practices. Detractor Follow-up Alert: A contact submits a response with primary score (Likely to Recommend) less than 7. Passive Follow-up Alert: A contact submits a response with primary scores (Likely to Recommend) of 7 or 8. Promoter Follow-up Alert: A contact submits a response with a primary score (Likely to Recommend) of 10, Overall Satisfaction score of 10, Rep Personally Engaged 9 or 10 and This Experience made me feel like a Valued Member 9 or 10.
