All survey alerts go to whoever is in the Primary Alert Email address in your data file. Survey notifications such as Detractor Notifications or Contact Requested Notifications go to the Secondary Alert Email address in your data file. Promoter Notifications go to the CU Rep Email and to the Primary Alert Email fields in your data file. If a change is needed, simply update these fields in your data file/s. See chart below.
These email boxes must also be set up in Users in NPX.
Please reach out to your credit union's Program Manager or to the MLG Support Team if you wish to add an additional person to receive notifications. Alerts can only go to one person that is listed in the Primary Alert Email field.
