Can I create a new alert or notification?

The standard alerts and notifications are Detractor and Contact Requested. There are also Promoter Notifications. If you wish to add one or more of these, or a new custom alert or notification, please reach out to your credit union's Program Manager or to the MLG Support Team to make this update.
