Our file was processed, but very few invitations were “delivered”. What does this mean?

If very few invitations from your file have a Delivered status, it may be that a large portion of the records in your file were for members who have already recently been surveyed. Your system has a "No Send" rule which prevents an individual member from getting more than one survey within a specific time frame (usually this is 90 days.)

If a member receives a survey invitation, they are added to your No Send list for that time period. Each time you post an invitation file for processing, the system scrubs out any records for members that are on this No Send list. These records are show as Skipped in your report site.

You may also have a large number of Bounced records.
