You might notice a Response Received Date and a Response Collected Date in each survey response. Most of the time these dates are the same. The Response Received Date is the date when the response data is received by Satmetrix or paper vendor. The Response Collected date is the date when the response data is imported into NPX. The majority of the time, these two dates will be the same since responses are immediately imported into the system when received by Satmetrix. However, these dates may be different if it is a 'paper' or mailed survey.
Our paper vendors receive mailed, handwritten, responses and mark them received (Response Received Date). These responses are then entered into the system. Once they have entered all responses for that 'batch' for that Credit Union then a file is imported to Satmetrix to upload the data (Response Collected Date).
