Editing/Changing an existing question

Sometimes you may want to change or edit a question on one of your surveys. Any questions that are used in benchmarking, such as the following, cannot be changed:

• Likelihood to Recommend
• Overall Satisfaction
• Standard Agreement questions for each survey type can be slightly tweaked, or custom agreement questions may be added but will not be used for benchmarking.
• Member Effort Score (if used)

If you wish to add or edit any survey questions, please reach out to your credit union's Program Manager or to the MLG Support Team to make this update.
